I may regret using this as my first bonus puzzle, as it is the most interesting of the ones I have planned so far, but I’ve had the grid lying around for over two years now and I figured that’s quite long enough.
Many thanks to Patrick Berry for formatting the puzzle for me, as well as for letting me use the “Rows Garden” concept and just for being an all-around awesome puzzlemaker.
So ANAGRAM and SPIN-OFF contain the same number of letters, huh? Jerk.
Fun!
Ah, you fell into my little trap
Thanks!
I thought that was a tad on the nasty side too. Loved the interesting variation on the Rows Garden format.
I got a lot of the grid quickly, then had to do some deep pondering for the rest. Very nice again. I know what you’re gonna say, but you’re 2 for 2!
Very nice puzzle! Arielle and I had a lot of fun solving it!
great one. easy to get started, but i had to work out the meta to finish it off.
Outstanding! I also fell into the “Torchwood” trap…
I LOVED this. A great variation of my very favorite Rows Garden Puzzle. a thank you to A Ries for mentioning it on his site. Hope you do more like this and other variety puzzles too.
Ditto sueonview – I’m addicted to the Aries Rows Gardens and your meta was a great twist- and I didn’t fall into the Torchwood trap!
How very Berry of you, Jangler. A bloomin’ great riff on Rows Gardens!
